Congratulations, you’ve made it to my Static Shock fan fiction recommendation journal. First up shall be Virgil/Richie fics followed by other slash. Virgil/Richie:

Through A Glass, Darkly by Valkyrie-Alex - For every choice you make, every path you follow...there is always a what if Sometimes, there are thousands of them. ( Quite possibly one of my favorite fan fictions EVER. Now, if only he would frickin’ update, all would be well in the fandom. )

Dakota Noir by Valkyrie-Alex - AU. For Richie Foley, PI, it was just another day. Just another crime. It may end up being the hardest case of his career...if it doesn't kill him. Slash of course!  ( Awesome little AU fic. Worth a read, though she hasn’t updated in ages. )

It’s A Tradition by Valkyrie-Alex - Sometimes you have to live with your mistakes. Sometimes you get a second chance. ( LOVE this. So sad and wonderful. Go read it. )

Mind the Gap by NME - Richie has to face his developing relationship with Virgil, the increasing powers of his mind, and frequent zombie attacks. The last one's the easiest to deal with. ( Hilarious fic. Sure to make you smile! )

Virgil/Richie/Francis:

Courage Under Fire by Luna Goldsun - A serial killer is on the loose in Dakota, and in order to catch him, Static Shock and Gear need to enlist the help of...Hotstreak? Fur's gonna fly, and maybe they'll all get out of this alive... ( Wonderful fic. In fact, I think I’m going to re-read this right now. XD )

Trial by Fire by Luna Goldsun - A year has passed since the Dakota Destroyer, and for Virgil, Richie, and Francis, things are already heating up once again in Dakota, when a scientist and a thief uncover a plot to recreate the Big Bang all over again... ( Sequel to Courage Under Fire. )

Shiv/Hotstreak:

With A Rope by Taitofan - Two bang babies play the fortune cookie game with unexpected results... ( This pairing amuses me to no end, I tell you. *shakes fist* )

Would You Love Me Even If? by Taitofan - Shiv asks his boyfriend a series of odd questions... ( Sequel to With a Rope. Not really necessary to read the first one, but I would suggest it. )

General:

Taken Lightly by Emif - Shiv is taken into Dakota's newest center for metahumans. Things don't go as well as planned. ( Love this fic. Very well thought out and excellently executed. )

KakaIru:

The Autumn of Our Virility by WinterofOurDiscontent - In the throes of a Midlife Crisis, Gai decides he must help Kakashi find that Special Someone. No good can come of this. ( I found this pretty humorous. XD Hopefully you all will as well. ^^ )

KakaNaru: ( ‘Cause I’m a bad, bad person. )

Because You Never Knew by Shi-Chan - KakaNaru Kakashi always gave Sasuke & Sakura more attention than Naruto. That mistake has lead to a dramatic change in Naruto, and as he grows more distant, Kakashi begins to love him. But what really happened when Naruto left? What is he hiding? (Not the best written fic, but very angsty and emotional. It captured my interest immediately. )

GaiNaru:

A Typical Love Story by Tatsumaki - Naruto finds happiness in the arms of a teacher ... ? (Ahahaha. I’ve always loved this pairing, I’m not sure why. I had never read any fic for it however until I posted my story Peeping Toms of Konoha on AFF and a lovely reviewer sent me to this little one shot. ^^ )

NaruHina:

The Day the Smile Slipped by Manatheron - Naruto gets annoyed and the smiling mask that he always wears slipped a little. Needing some time to himself Naruto takes the day off, but will he get his R & R or will well meaning friends drive him nuts? ( Cute little fic, a little on the sad side. )

My Stories:

Splitting Paths by Ru-Shin - Neji, Sasuke, and Naruto drink sake and discover things... ( This was written in response to Gnochi's challenge over on AFF. Explicit sexual content and angst abound. Yaoi. )

Peeping Toms of Konoha by Ru-Shin - Sasuke has found a new hobby, unbeknownst to our favorite blonde shinobi. And what's this? Someone else has the same hobby?! ( This was written in response to Jiro’s challenge over on AFF. Crack and sexual situations abound. Yaoi. )

Of First Kisses by Ru-Shin - A strangly written fic about the experience of a first kiss... ( An odd little SasuNaru fic. Shounen-ai. )

Fun With Foxes Indeed! by Ru-Shin - Hinata's found Naruto's lost keys. He thanks her with a hug -but Kyuubi has a better “thank you” planned for our soft spoken Hyuuga. ( Written in response to KuroDragoKitsu’s challenge over on AFF. Sexual content. Het. )
